Cooking for a dinner party can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be.
I am not a professional chef and I don’t have a professional kitchen or sous-chefs.

Everything is made with fresh local produces, meat bought from my local butcher and fish from trusted fish mongers.
You can select a menu for any occasion: casual, formal, elaborate, vegetarian or Asian.
Where, why and what?
Classes are held in Saint Paul de Vence in a private villa, once the meal is ready we will enjoy it in the garden with a nice bottle of wine.
