Dear Laura, I am absolutely delighted that you have decided to share your life passion and know-how with us all! Every time we visit you, I return home super inspired by the superb culinary experience and your blog is just what I needed for that initial inspiration not to wane 😉 I can testify to the great success I had at a dinner party recently with your recipes from "7 vegetarian dishes...". I just provided roasted chicken as a meat and presto! The tomato, cucumber and fetta salad was a knock out and so easy to make. And the red pesto is absolutely delicious. The tabule is also most delicious, just requiring a little more preparation time. And I could go on! It is very helpful to have the storage possibilities (whether it can be frozen or not) and when it can be made in advance. Wishing your blog the greatest success, which you very much deserve, you definitely have a follower in me 🙂
Dear Laura, I remember you excellent cooking from back when you lived in Stavanger. I was in Palermo and Favignana last week and we talked about your Parmigana. I look forward to being inspired.
Dear Laura, I can't wait to try making my own rolls for our next BBQ! You make it sound so easy and I'm sure much tastier than store bought! I also look forward to trying the red onion jam. Will let you know how it all works out! Can't wait till next weeks post!
Laura, great blog, I enjoying reading all your great recipes but enjoying more tasting some of them as your regular guest every summer. You always surprise me with new tastes. I love your creative way of mixing tradition with innovation and always have the perfect menu for every occasion.
