This homemade lime sorbet with Vodka was served to Michelin Star Chefs Arnaud Tabarec and Christophe Dufau at
8th of December 2015
Traditionally in Italy lime sorbet was served at large banquette in between course when more than one main dish was served. You can serve it after a seafood plate before you serve a cheese platter. The lime will cleanse the palate from the fish and the vodka will help the digestion.
It can also be served with fresh fruits. It is perfect for a hot summer lunch especially if you are having fish.
