Ingredients

  • 2 cup Black rice
  • 1 Apples
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 non treated lemon
  • 1 tbsp sea coarser salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Boil the brown rice in salted water for 20 minutes. If you are using a pressure pan it should take approximately 10 minutes.
  • Strain the rice and let it cool
  • In the meantime peel the carrots and the apples and shred them with a shredder
  • Cut an avocado in cubes and add to the salad
  • Mix the rice with the apples and the carrots and season with the virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
