Pour the ingredients into the machine and set the program for fresh dough, number 13 on the Kenwood.
NB: when using the bread machine the ingredients should be placed in the exact order as listed above, liquids first.
Once the dough is ready, roll the dough on a well floured baking sheet. This way you can contain the flour within the paper, and it is much easier when you need to put the dough over the pizza stone.
Normal shaped pizzas
Divide the dough into four sections and make them into four round balls
Spread the Nutella on a diameter along the centre of the pizza.
Then fold both sides inwards, and let it rest for 20 minutes before cooking.
While the dough rises, put the pizza stone in the oven and set the temperature to 180 C.
When the oven has reached that temperature, take the hot pizza stone out of the oven, lay the pizza on top, and put it back in the oven to cook for 17 minutes.
For shaped pizzas
Divide into two sections and make into 2 rectangular pizzas
Spread the Nutella over half of the dough,
then fold over halfway (like a book).
Place the cookie cutters as tightly as possible (to utilize most of the dough) and cut the shapes out. Try to cut a bit in the centre each time as the Nutella is mostly in the middle, whilst the sides tend to be empty.
Once the shapes are done, the pizzas will have to rest for another 20 minutes to rise again.
While the dough rises, put the pizza stone in the oven and set the temperature to 180 C.
When the oven has reached that temperature, take the hot pizza stone out of the oven to lay the pizza on top.
To transfer the Halloween shaped pizzas over the hot pizza stone, leave them on the baking sheet. No mess!
Don't forget to cook the shape scraps, as there are always a few adults who won’t mind eating them.
