    Gnocchi

    Potato gnocchi can be served with many different sauces. They can be made with potatoes mixed with different vegetables. You can serve them as a side dish or main dish for vegans. They have no eggs.

    Gnocchi are not only made with potatoes. There are so many varieties: fluffy gnocchi, chunky gnocchi,  Parisian gnocchi and semolina gnocchi alla Romana. Find out how to make it and which sauces to serve them. My favourite, Truffle Sauce
