Rice

Rice is a crucial ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine, and Risotto is an Italian classic. Making Risotto is a very specific technique, and any shortcuts should avoid if you are looking for the Real Risotto made with Carnaroli rice.  Once you master the skills, you can make risotto with an infinite combination of ingredients.
