I tried it and it is easy, quick and delicious!

The ingredients are:

  • 100 gr of white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 gr sugar
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Melt the white chocolate with 2 tablespoon of water and the butter, place in the microwave for 1.30 minutes at 600 W.

Pour the mixture into 4 terrines that have been coated with butter and flour.

Cook in a hot oven at 250C for 7 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the raspberries sauce by cooking at low temperature 200 gr of raspberry and 3 tablespoon of sugar.

I would not add more sugar as the white chocolate is already very sweet and you need to balance the sweetness with the fruits.

Toast some shredder coconut on a low heat.

Pour 1 tablespoon of raspberry sauce over the white chocolate pudding, sprinkle with the coconut and serve warm.
