This is a simple Greek salad, fresh and easy to make. Perfect to serve as a side dish for a Barbecue.

- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Large tomato coeur de boeuf
- 7 oz Feta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the cucumber in cubes
- Cut the tomatoes about the same size
- Crumble the feta cheese
- Top with red onions rings
- Add the black olives,
- season with salt, pepper and virgin olive oil and mix
