Side Dishes Cold

A large selection of dishes serves as a side to the main course. Mainly based on Mediterranean vegetables, those recipes will complement meat or seafood. Most of those side dishes have no eggs or dairy, so they are suitable for vegan dinners.

Some are very easy to do, like a summery Baked Ratatouille or grilled vegetables, or vegetarian stuffed peppers
